Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been processed yet. Contact us immediately at support@fashionfuel.in with your Order ID. Once an order is packed or shipped, modifications are not possible.

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to see real-time order status and tracking updates. You'll also receive email/SMS updates at each stage — Order Confirmed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.

During checkout, you'll find a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your discount code (e.g., FUEL10) and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total. Only one coupon can be applied per order.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) typically receive orders in 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 7-10 days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49-99 applies depending on your location.

Yes, we deliver Pan India — all states and union territories. Some remote pin codes may have limited delivery options. Enter your pin code during checkout to check availability.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, go to My Orders → Select item → Click "Return". See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are via bank transfer within 7-10 days. Cancelled orders (before shipping) are refunded within 24-48 hours.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Click "Cancel Order". If the order is already shipped, you can refuse delivery and a refund will be initiated after the item is returned to us.

Yes! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@fashionfuel.in with your Order ID and the size you need. Exchange is subject to availability.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Click the ❤️ heart icon on any product card to add it to your Wishlist. You need to be logged in to save items. Access your Wishlist anytime from the ❤️ icon in the navigation bar.

Each product page has a size guide. Generally, our sizes follow standard Indian sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up. For specific measurements, check the product description or contact our support team.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting. If you receive a product that looks significantly different from the images, contact us for a return/exchange.

Out-of-stock products will show "Out of Stock" on the product page. You can add them to your Wishlist to get notified when they're back in stock. You can also contact us at support@fashionfuel.in to check restock timelines.
