⚡ How to Cancel: Go to My Orders → Select Order → Click "Cancel Order" OR email us at support@fashionfuel.in with your Order ID.

2. 🚫 Cancellation by Fashion Fuel

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

Product out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or listing errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent transaction
Delivery not available to your location
Payment verification failure

⚠️ If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days and an email notification explaining the reason.

3. 📦 Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Item must be in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

4. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
Customized or personalized products

6. 💰 Refund Policy

Once your return or cancellation is processed, refunds are issued as follows:

Quality check for returns; verification for cancellations

Refund Approved

You receive email confirmation of refund approval

Refund Processed (3-7 days)

Amount credited to original payment method

Refund Methods:

Online Payment (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund to original account within 5-7 business days
Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
Cancelled Orders (before shipping): Refund within 24-48 hours
Store Credit: Instant credit to your Fashion Fuel wallet (optional)

7. 🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges on all clothing items. To exchange:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Item must be in original, unworn condition with tags
Exchange is subject to availability of the desired size/color
If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

✅ Free Size Exchange: We cover the shipping cost for size exchanges on your first exchange per order.

8. 🚚 Return Shipping

Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping 100%
Size/Fit Issue: Customer bears return shipping cost (₹50-100)
Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping cost

Please use a trackable shipping service for returns. Fashion Fuel is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
